Convenient location, clean, good service, contemporary without being luxury, good sleep.
Myself, my boyfriend and two friends stayed at this place from the 15-17th November last year (2018) and it was all fine nice room BUT this hotel hires thieves. My boyfriends very expensive watch which was left in a safe spot was magically gone when we came back one night. We had on the door 'please do not disturb' so you would expect no one to come in, we checked our bags and friends bags 100 times, tipped the place upside down but nothing. Once we left we also asked the hotel whether the watch turned up but nothing. I have stayed at far dogier hotels around the world for example in Thailand and LA and nothing has ever been stolen not once from the hotel. In conclusion, would i recommend staying at this place 100%? NO.
I've stayed here several days and really like the accommodation. Rooms are clean & comfortable, with air con, wifi, and are serviced daily. They also have a Gym, sauna, and swimming pool. Best of all is the location which is a quick walk from the shopping centre. I'd happily recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting to stay in Canberra.
Staff are courteous and friendly. Facilities well stocked with a few minor issues with older electrical appliances. Otherwise very tidy and comfortable.
Really liked this apartment. Loved how there were two bathrooms and the washing machine and dryer. Loved how big the rooms were and just overall it was excellent. So nice having 2 heaters in the apartment and lovely waking up and it being nice and warm. Would come back here any time Im here in Canberra.
