Family Apartment 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Lots of space for 4 adults, a toddler and a baby.Beautiful views from every room. Verandah that was lockable with a key to ensure safety for children. Comfortable beds and crisp linen. Plenty of towels.Disappointing lounge that needs immediate replacement. Sank beyond belief. A few too many cobwebs in corners on the high ceilings.
New modern hotel walking distance to restaurant district. Nice room, friendly service and own garage parking for additional fee. Restaurant service focussed on corporate customers so beware large noisy parties decending without warning!
A great hotel! The rooms are well set out and you feel as if you have space. The kitchen does a great pizza as well
Possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to experience, and I have not even stayed there. I booked and paid for a 2 night stay through Luxury Escapes. 16 days prior to the 'experience' my partner was diagnosed with a rare incurable cancer and started chemo immediately. The first treatment plan to stretch over 5 months with no guarantees. Plans needed to be changed so I attempted to cancel (or change dates) and was advised through Luxury Escapes that Peppers Canberra would not provide any refund or change of date and there would be no refund. Effectively we lost the entire cost of the 'experience'. Even though 16 days notice was provided. Today I received a notification requesting that I provide a review. So this is it - I regard Peppers Canberra as the lowest of low in ethics and customer service. Read the fine print and know that to make a cancellation it needs to be either within the initial 7 days or 45 days in advance of the booking. They stick to the fine print at Peppers Canberra!
What you'd expect for a place of this price. Tidy, some fancy flourishes to live up to the gallery in the title. Small bar in the hotel that's a bit dark and quiet but there's a more happening venue out the back.
