Helpful, good range
I've been having trouble with ASICS I got from them and I tried to get help from them. The shop assistant was very helpful and professional. They checked my gait again and exchange the shoes that would fit me the most. 10/10 would suggest anyone to get the shoes from there.
I went in looking for a pair of arch support shoes. ...i already knew what i wanted..however the salesman got me to try out smtn else...its been a year since n those ones are just as good..previously i would hv to go through a pair every year. Great product knowledge and excellent service.
Extremely disappointing. Went in and asked advice for a good quality netball shoe. Was provided advice and purchased the shoe for over $250. Worn for 7 netball matches and sole completely deteriorated and have subsequently been told by ASICs, this is not a netball shoe and should never be worn for netball. Very poor advice.
My stepmother and I came in here almost on closing time to look for shoes for her and stayed well after closing as she couldn't make up her mind. There was no hint from the staff to hurry up and Hillary stayed professional, courteous and helpful the entire time. And we ended up buying a pair of great shoes so good news all round!
