Canberra Outlet Centre staff certainly are wonderful!! I don't bother looking for shoes at other stores anymore, nearly always find a pair that I love and there's so many styles to choose from.Some constructive criticism: some styles have soles that aren't practical, you need to get them to be reinforced by a cobbler straight after buying so the shoes last longer. I'd love it if the shoes had a better sole out of the box.

Bought some $140 shoes. Sole came apart within two weeks. Woman at head office was very rude. Unpleasant shopping experience. Wouldn't recommend.
