Good range, staff seem friendly and helpful
This place has a good range of shoes, especially if you wear orthotics. The service is also fantastic. When the insoles on a pair of Ziera shoes that I had bought starting wearing out (though the outer part of the shoe was still in perfect condition) the owner at Frawleys went out of her way to order replacements from NZ and also did not charge me for them. I highly recommend this place.

I am always surprised to experience great customer service. Working in retail myself I realise how exhausting (and rare!) it is. I received wonderful service from Lisa and her team who helped the otherwise dull task of finding replacement work shoes. I was greeted upon entry and quickly provided with multiple style options, all with the correct fit. I now have a wonderful pair of Ziera shoes that I can wear standing on a hard floor all day and no longer have lower back aches - I'm thrilled. I will certainly be back next season, thank you for all your help!
This friendly, family-owned business offers a great selection of women's shoes. Their experienced staff are always helpful and patient when finding shoes for my hard-to-fit feet. My Ziera summer sandals have been great and I have just purchased a pair of Algeria shoes for autumn (my third pair from this brand!)
