Their phone manner and helpfulness was great unfortunately it fell apart when they didn't open up for the booking that was made during the phone call.Booked for 11am but they hadn't opened at 11:25am so we moved on with no response to our message or phone calls.

I have been going to the rax since it was underground around the corner and the owner use to chill and play dota with us, it is by far the best internet cafe in Canberra and the only one I have been to in Australia that could compete would be cybergames in sunnybank Brisbane. Great PC's , excellent friendly atmosphere, when i asked for a cloth mouse pad ( as the razor RGB arent ideal for CSGO) they straight away got me a large pad and I was able to play. High quality peripherals on nearly all PC's, a couple had small head phones but i think this was because they were fixing the good ones. You can tell the owner really cares about the Rax. I hadnt been there for 1 and a half years and the staff created me a new account and based off me just saying i use to go there and had hours left on my old account they created me a new one with 4 hours for free. The service is great, give it a go and enjoy one of the best and last LAN Cafe's in Canberra.
My wife was married here. But not to me. It's unfortunate. But now I guess it worked out well. Thank you for all the nice messages. I'll be at home tonight ?
Great service. They kept updating the working progress and its reasonably priced. Will recommend this place to friends :)
