Always busy full of people. It takes long time for Apple staff to see you to resolve actual issue. Staff will come and talk to the customer only to tell you to wait for a while fo the concerned person to come and see you. I totally understand that because that is how Apple works with limited stores.
Nice service people , but each time Ive gone there in the last year or so Ive had to wait an unacceptable length of time.Its so annoying to be left waiting in a noisy store when you have a booking. its a horrible place to be when you dont like noise Im going to use post instead of visiting Canberra Apple again.
This is a very nice store, with great range of products, and top quality service. They have very friendly and helpful staff, and it is fun to go there every time. I ordered a number of devices there over the years, including the Apple Watch 4, which, like every other Apple device I have, is of great functionality and quality.
Just spent an hour with Tin learning how better to use my new iPhone by attending one of the free genius courses. Tin was great. Answered all my questions and those questions posed by others on the course. Very effective learning process. Thank you apple and thank you Tin.
