They sold me returned whal shaver. I unpacked the newly purchased whal clippers and there were hairs on the blade and the smell of the blade wasnt pleasant. Watch out! Check if the item is sealed with these guys!!!
Some staff is really nice while others are really rude and impolite However, they did not receive charges for Phillips shaver for about a whole month! And still waiting. Maybe for new products they are good but in regard to my experiencie very poor service.
Low quality blades and poor customer service.Bought a "high-quality" electric razor here, a few shaves later it starts catching hairs. Went back and they said I would need a new blade, but they don't stock the blade and aren't sure what the model is. Then started trying to sell me an upgrade, saying it would be cheaper than finding a replacement blade online and paying for shipping.
I purchased a wahl product two weeks ago which had a slight manufacturers fault . Not living close to Canberra I called to ask for assistance . The staff were amazing sending me a replacement product by mail . Very professional and very helpful . Highly recommended retail store
