You always receive outstanding service here and the staff are very knowledgeable. The range is not overly large in the Canberra Centre store, however, I was told that if they do not have it in the store they will be able to get it in from there other store in Garema Place. Prices are not as competitive as JB Hi-Fi. However I'm sure that they would match.
Just rocked up and had a look around, dmall store but great range. The service was awesome as I was looking for a pair of UV filters for my new lenses. He got the right ones right then and there. Only took 5 minutes max! Definitely going back!
A good range, nice shops fronts and pricing is pretty good. Unfortunately the staff are very hit and miss, I have in the past walked in and almost 20minutes later been unable to attract the attention of anyone to help. JBHiFi got my money that day. Lastly, it may be a minor point but basic manners is sometimes missed here, Hello? Can I help you? Etc. Fix this and you will be a 5 star store.
Disappointed with the 4 YEAR PROTECTION PACKAGE offered by Teds, waste of time for us. We purchased a Olympus Tough Camera in September 2018 and in October 2018 we had to return the camera for repairs under the warranty. Olympus were great, they found that the camera could not be repaired and replaced it with a new one. Teds camera shop could not transfer the protection plan to the new camera. When we dropped off the camera we were told to bring in the protection plan in, so the serial number could be changed as it was only a bit over a month old. So now we have 4 years protection on a camera that we do not have. They offered to sell me a new protection plan, but why would we take it out when the same thing could happen. Very happy with Olympus, disappointed with Teds
