Not sure if I caught the staff on a bad day but I definitely did not feel welcomed in the bank today. Yet I was making a deposit of a large amount of money. The tenant sharply asked a number of questions regarding where the money had come from. If I sold anything recently etc etc. I answered all the questions than she proceeded to question why the money may of smelt funny. I was unsure what smell she was talking about and did say the money had previously come from my place work and had no idea. She than gave me a funny look and I left. Once the transaction had gone through. I am a loyal client of NAB and recently changed over to them a year ago. Generally the staff at the NAB venues are more friendly and professional with lower fees than other banks. Unfortunately I did not feel like this today on my first time visit to the Canberra center NAB branch.

It's a bank. It has people, money, and computers. Just like other banks. With loads of parking available and situated just outside the Canberra Centre, this branch has friendly knowledgeable staff and fast service.
