The self service coin change machine works only maybe one day out of a whole week if you are lucky. Don't advertise service that you can't deliver.
Grrr, amateur hour. Awkwardly designed branch, so someone stood at the entry checking people in and sending them to sit down to wait. We were told we were second in line. After fifteen minutes, in which one person was served, I discovered that our names had not been put on the mobile phone app list. As the greeter had changed to a new staff member, and the first one had disappeared, the new greeter seemed convinced we were trying to jump the queue. She offered to add our names to the bottom of the list (now that 3 more people had arrived). "That's our process, we have a list" she said. I explained that was unreasonable, as we'd already been waiting and had a plane to catch. She suggested we "walk a couple of blocks to the next branch on Northbourne Avenue". Wow. After some heated discussion, she finally agreed to let us see someone next, but only after my husband stood up and came over (seemed she responded better to a guy). She then asked a staff member to help us, however that person was not free, but walking around complaining that her current client (left sitting well within earshot) was "completely blind, no sight at all, and I don't know what to do...." The greeter was still telling everyone passing by (staff or clients, hard to tell because the staff were all very casually dressed,) that "They're not on the list". This all occurred because our card had been hacked, we were unable to activate the new one online or by phone, it had taken ten days to arrive instead of "three to five", and could not be picked up from a bank branch because "with our new system the bank manager has to be asked permission to receive mail for clients". So we had to go to a branch first thing in the morning before an international flight, or have no card. In terms of this branch, I think a "take a number" machine would have been far better than an incompetent staff member standing in the middle of the floor. The person who actually helped us was sensible, reasonably quick and good at de-escalating the irritation of a client (me). Most of the others seemed to have no idea what they were doing, and the greeting "system" was a massive waste of time and human resources.
Don't appreciate ever so politely being called a liar when the cash deposit machine displayed being out of order just after accepting my deposit bag and failing to give out a recipt. I talked to the attendant who instructs me that because he did not see me deposit the money he can not just take my word for it. I appreciate that he can not just trust me but being made to feel like a criminal when I was only using the facilities that they insist I use. I have been trying to deposit this for 2 days now and the machine has been out of order. I do not have time to wait in long lines or sit here waiting like I am now so that they can check the bag. Don't appreciate this treatment :(
ATM doesnt except more then $20k and only 1 cashier working on Tuesday I wait 15 min just to deposit my cash
