Not worth the money. I walked in and said I wanted to spend $80 on a bunch of flowers and they created me what looked like a tacky $20 bunch of flowers that youd get from a grocery store. I shouldnt have paid and just walked off. Regret paying and was so embarrassed handing them to my mum to say thank you for arranging my baby shower. When you go to a florist, you expect quality and especially for $80. Coles actually would have been better flowers than this place and I would have paid less. Not happy.

An absolutely terrible experience. I ordered flowers on Thursday 3 January through the website - my order was processed and payment was taken from my credit card within an hour, but when I tried to contact Janine by email and by phone to check when the flowers would be delivered, I could get no response. There is no one answering the phone, and no reply to repeated emails. If the business is closed for a post-Christmas break, why not say so on the website, as other florists do? I will never order flowers online again until I can speak to someone over the phone to confirm the order.
We would not order from again. Placed an order online for a delivery the day before Christmas. The flowers arrived but they were wilted. Most of the flowers were dead on Christmas day and the others died the next day. It was found that the stems where cut to short and were not even in the water. It seems that they were in to much of a rush. It was money flushed down the toilet.
I phoned Janine from WA, asking her to do me a huge favour of putting together a gift box according to my wishes (even though some of the items weren't stocked by her), with a cost within my budget, AND deliver it to my friend in Canberra within a specified time slot.Mission accomplished - with a stunning result. THANK YOU sooo much Janine - you really have gone above and beyond my expectations! AND more importantly have absolutely lit up what was going to be a very ordinary day for my friend!!!
