Always found they were responsive, easy to deal with and well priced. Great to get you out of the dog house :)
Total rip off. The bunch of flowers did not resemble anything like what I have ordered. It looked like they just put whatever they had in hand and tie it together. The vase it came in also did not look anything like what was advertised. Basically it was a cheap bunch and they charged me a lot for it!
Hopeless. Won't answer the phone. Don't communicate with Petals Network (which takes the orders). Delivered flowers on wrong day.
Got the roses for valentine's late in the afternoon.they just left it outside the door on a hot day. 5 roses with broken stems and overall poorly delivered. :(
