Beware! This mob may not deliver your flowers in time!I ordered flowers last Friday for Valentines day (today) and was told the deliveries start 7am. They did not tell me they cannot guarantee a time the delivery will be made at at 11am (now) when I called them, they say delivery will be made sometime in the business day. What a joke if you can't have Valentine day flowers till 3 or 4 pm on the day. Have been a regular customer but they have now lost my business forever!
Ordered flowers for mothers day, had it delivered a day after ordering. Flowers were received and looked fantastic. Generous amount of flowers and came in a vase for a good price. It could not have gone any smoother. Will be using again!
Flower Misery! Don't go to Flower Joy in the Canberra Centre, Civic, as their staff are rude, belligerent, and too immature to admit that they provide shoddy service. Zero stars, would give them a negative rating if I could.
