A really frustratingly poorly organised company, rent a car in Canberra, waited at the reception for an hour for anyone to showed up. The deposit took over a month and a half now, and indeed, it still hasnt been refunded back to my account yet. The company customer hotline just never answered. If they end up not paying my deposit back, I dont see any good reason for anyone to pay their a visit ever. Truely frustrating experience.
So happy with my experience with this rental company. I've had to use them several times in the last few weeks while waiting for my car to be fixed. The staff are FIVE STARS! So friendly, professional and accommodating to my needs. The price is less than half for three days hire, compared to the daily rate of other companies . If I ever need another rental car I will be coming back. I highly recommend to others wanting a quality, clean rental car for affordable prices.
