Wonderful service from Jay when we hired our car last week. Highly recommend this place as my partner and I felt very looked after.
The staff is very friendly and the transaction seems to be rather honest, as in eurocar didn't try to charge me extra for unnoticeable scratches and such, and I didn't buy any extra insurance.
They might keep deducting money from your credit card so be aware
Poor sevice. Dont hire from here. We returned a car on time. But we were charged 1 more day. We had to prove by our flight tickets. We had to overseas call And the driver is a foreigner who cant speak English very well. But they didnt accept even the driver sat by me. Anyway we were charged our deposit more than $50 because the tank wasnt full. But the fuel was more than half a tank.
I've had to book a car with Europcar as they were the only ones available for my dates against my better judgement. The pickup was ok apart from a small hassle - the price was $30 more than on my confirmation email. That got sorted and I got a dubious sidegrade - from a sedan to a small SUV that was noted to have some damage on the rear passenger side. On return the inspection person told me the damage is new and not recorded in her inspection log. Thankfully I always take pictures and video of the car prior to picking it up so I showed her the pictures and she let me go. BEWARE - I am not sure if this is done on purpose or just poor inspection and documentation - but if you don't inspect and photograph every scratch you will likely be out of pocket in repair costs.
