I came in to this place with high expectations as it has really good reviews in Google. I decided to have their Seishi package which was a 60hr massage and 60hr facial therapy. Unfortunately, I did not have a really good experience here. The massage therapist who did my massage came and introduced herself and just went on with it. She had really heavy hands despite asking her for the softest pressure for the massage as I have really sensitive muscles. I felt like she does not have enough knowledge in anatomy and pressure points so then the massage just felt really awkward, painful, and uncomfortable. I didnt know what type of massage she used but she was doing all this twisting in my leg that was so painful that I just kept on flinching the whole time. Also, the hand massage was so disappointing, she must as well just lather me with massage oil. The facial therapy was distressing as well. My face felt really yucky afterwards as they smothered it with too much oil that it just felt so sticky and far from refreshing. I had to go to the washroom and wash my face. Will definitely wont come back and recommend this place to anybody.

Received a three hour spa package here and had a delightful time. Staff were lovely, massages were pleasant. The bathroom in the room has a clear glass door which can be a bit open when you're sharing the room with a friend, probably more suitable for couples. But otherwise had a pleasant experience here.
100% Recommended. Had a very bad back pain, they assessed it and gave me excellent treatment. My husband and I are now frequent customers. Facial and body treatments are recommended too!
