Lavender Beauty BelconnenThis is a terrible experience for this newest beauty salon in Westfield Belconnen. Very rude, rush and terrible skills from nails technician and the manager. I went to another salon to take a whole new set off and got another set put back again due to a terrible job from Lavender. So it has cost me double pay, time and harassment. Think twice before you come here.

ive never been anywhere so good! they are all so nice and you don't even need an appointment, and once i didn't have my student card and they gave me the discount anyways .. so nice of them didn't expect it and wont go anywhere else !!

Did my nails uneven, badly shaped and not as long as I asked for. They also over charged me ! Have been here before and got a good set with one of the older ladies my second time here was terrible. I was told I could get them re done after I complained and came back on the day I was told to and they said they would re shape them not re do them and charge me $40 for that. I will not be returning

The manager, Anna, was approachable and understanding about rectifying an earlier service I was unhappy with. Jenny did a wonderful job of fixing up my acrylic nails with extensions. She took the time needed and was very careful and considerate. She did a lovely job on the shellac as well, and Lan (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) finished it off with a neat topcoat.
