I went to Brazilian Butterfly last week for an eyelash tint and eyebrow wax and the therapist was very friendly, efficient and had great banter. The end result was good and it was a nice quick and easy appointment. The therapist checked in throughtout the appointment to ensure we were on the same page in terms of what the end result would look like.
Incredible service!!!!! My first waxing was done by this amazing salon. Can not recommend them enough. I will be going back happily
horrible experience with this place, i went to get my eyebrowes waxed and all i wanted was a clean up, i ended up with a whole new eyebrows shape which has now made me feel so self conscious and when i spoke up and said its not what i wanted they didnt seem to care and were extremely rude. also got charged more than i was quoted the week before. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! >:(

Not happy with the service! I had booked an appointment with the brow therapist I'd seen previously as I wanted to stick with one therapist as I had issues in the past and wanted someone to know how I wanted my brows done. When I turned up for my appointment they put me in with someone else and forgot to tell me they rescheduled me with someone else that wasn't senior and a trainer! I asked that I wanted then someone else that's senior and they told me they are busy and couldn't fit me in for another couple days! I travelled half an hour out to the city for my appointment. The manager was very rude and didn't care! Definitely never going here again!!!
