STA Travel, Canberra Centre, sold me a dud VISA card on 22 December, and to this day, have not refunded the money ($1000). Someone, somewhere, has had my $1000 - for seventeen days - and I have a piece of plastic, with no pin, and no money, and only false promises after hours of chasing - to no avail. Very dissatisfied to be in this situation the day I am set to travel. This should be MINUS 5 stars. Melanie
I love these guys. They're rarely prompt at getting back to me on my initial enquiry (I can hardly blame them - I'm usually incredibly vague!), but then they find me the WORLD'S BEST FLIGHTS!!!
