Love this centre, good selection of stores. Its my hang out mostly. Only problem washrooms at the extreme ends, the location of certain washrooms is just hard to reach quickly. But overall clean and safe
Probably not the fanciest place but here you can find toilets, a convenience store, coffee shop and some food. The Greyhound staff at this location were very nice and helpful. They can share information and maps of the city. They also offer a storage facility (for a price - AUD 15.00 for a large backpack for the whole day) if required.
Take the day bus, more seating, and you do not have some clown turns ng the heating up to 30C. Good trips, friendly safe
Fantastic service from the team at greyhound, Fred, our bus driver, so polite and accommodating. And Chris, the man from the call centre, is probably the best service I have experienced to date.
Never again. 14 hours of misery. Grumpy drivers. Cramped seats. One driver said my bag was too big to carry on, but others had bigger and I carry on to the plane regularly. Long pointless meal breaks that no one wanted. In my opinion a long haul economy class international flight is far more comfortable. Have learned my lesson. Will fly or drive in the future.
