The best customer experience I have ever had!! The lovely Emily was so incredibly knowledgeable. She spent so much time with my friend and I, making sure we left with all of the information we needed. She took us through all of the products best suited to us and was genuinely more concerned with giving us the right products rather than making a sale. So incredibly impressed with her depth of knowledge and genuine pleasure and pride she took in her job. Cant recommend the staff or shopping experience enough.
Friendly staff -difficult to find as the location on google maps had not been updated & the new shop address was not accurately pin pointed. If anyone is looking for this store it is located on the lower ground of the new Monaro Mall section near David Jones!
Lady was kinda rude when I went but still acknowledged us. They never pick up the phone though.
