Not sure about all the bad cutomer service reviews. Me and some coworkers from Canada came to look at stuff, and the staff seemed fine... answered all our questions even though we said we were just looking.
Stopped by the store interested for some boots, the attendant without stopping doing whatever she was doing, asked me if I needed any help, I asked the price of the Boots in the top shelf, $10,000 she replied without stopping what she was doing (folding shirts) or batting an eyelid, and continued explaining that the boots are made of exotic leathers: Croc and Ostrich.RM Williams need to really pay attention of what kind of business they run or the staff they hire, if you really want to sale your $10k boots at least provide decent training to your staff to address and pay attention to potential clients. I certainly prefer to spend my $10K where someone at least express some interest to actually make a sale.
Three times Ive wandered in - lucky to get a staff member to look up let alone provide any assistance! Why isnt the company looking at all these reviews and trying to make a change???
Terrible terrible customer service. Spent a good amount of time in the store (15+ minutes) and did not even get a hello from either of the two staff nor did some other patrons who were in the store at the time. A good deal of the time were not serving other customers and appeared to simply not care at all. There is no excuse for such poor service and the staff should probably be retrained or replaced.
