Needed to arrange for an item to be cleaned urgently subsequent to a family emergency. Hussain and his colleagues were kind, compassionate and extremely understanding. Prices was also surprisingly good for such a short turn around. Very happy.
7.50 for a shirt, 11.95 for suit pants cleaning. The pants were cleaned fine, but both white shirts still had the yellow sweat stains on the collar and armpits. One I noticed at the cleaners and gave back to them for another wash, but the other shirt I only noticed at home. The one I gave to the cleaners was improved after a second wash.Some stains of course are impossible to remove, but the sweat on shirts should be pretty standard. Maybe the armpit is some deodorant compound that doesn't come off, but the collar stain especially is visible and should have no unusual chemicals.The owner's reply to my review has some misleading statements. It was my mistake not to check the other shirt in detail - I ignored it instead of being "happy with it". The invitation to "drop-off the other shirt" wasted my time, because the dry cleaners did not accept the other shirt when I went to drop it off. Their reason was this review, as they stated explicitly. They claimed they had accepted the first shirt for a re-wash out of goodwill, when actually Australian fair trading law requires them to provide quality or refund the payment. On the positive side, they did not try to charge me for the re-wash. Overall, I think 3 stars is a fair assessment - they did clean 2 items out of 3, but wasted my time. Feel free to compare my other reviews to your experience to see if I am objective. The fluorescent lighting in the dry cleaners makes it difficult to see the colour difference between yellow and white. Other lamps and natural light reveal these differences much more clearly, which is why I noticed the first shirt's stains when I had walked out of the dry cleaners.

Went to this store to ask them some information about where I can find a sewing awl. They not only helped me with this information but also gave me an awl that they weren't using. Best of all, they gave me the awl for FREE!! I am amazed by their honesty and customer focused behaviour. I wish them all the best.
