Amazing professional efficient customer service from Mel on phone and cleaning staff. Had to complete last minute end of lease cleaning due to poor tenant cleaning. They fit me in and did a great job of ensuite, walls and carpets. Will use again and recommend.

I booked 'Blue Cleaning Group' for a Spring clean. I was not 100% satisfied with the overall clean, my main issue been the walls not been cleaned properly. There were very of obvious marks left. He did do a marvellous job on the oven. When my husband and I spoke with the owner, Melody and explained that we were not fully satisfied, she was polite and very apologetic, even though it is not her fault. Despite the job that was done, I am going to give them another chance as I won't hold it against the company for one cleaner who only does an average job. I booked with this company because of the positive reviews and hope that I will be able to update my review to 5 stars.
