I bought a Danish Design watch in January. Just over 5 months latter it had battery problems. The Arnolds staff were quite dismissive and took no responsibility for the the problem. The response was far from the 'utmost in care and personalised attention' in their 'promise'

Dear Arnold and Co, I had a fairly similar experience as described in the previous review. I love the ring that I purchased from your store and you have a lot of very nice and unusual things on display. I'm looking to add some jewellery pieces to my collection however receiving good customer service is very important to me. As a result of my very recent experience I will not be coming back to your store. I feel that some customer service training for your staff would be very beneficial for them and experiences like mine (and the previous review) could be avoided. I feel that this training would also increase your staffs satisfaction and confidence with their jobs too. I'm leaving this feedback for you as I truly hope that you see it as an opportunity to improve your customer service and once you do, I hope that you reap the rewards of growing your customer base where people keep returning not only for your lovely product range but also from the consistently good service that they should receive.
