Rude and obnoxious customer service. Tried to justify an 8 week shipment waiting time for a bed side table that was only coming from Sydney. Nil attempt to offer like product or hasten extensive wait time.
No real customer focus or service once the payment is made. There should be a better system of tracking a persons order and being able to inform them of delivery times.
Love the range of furniture. Our house is looking amazing because of all of the items we have in our home. Unsure as to why its in a DFO as they dont do discounts.
Just been to Freedom Fyswick, well customer service, what customer service. Wanted to buy a floor mat 2 on display, no go. Said we would have to come back in 2 to 3 days. That would be good if you lived nearby but for country people a little difficult. Obviously they had sold their quota for the day.
Like all the other reviews on this page this stores customer service is appalling. I will never buy from them again. Their Business model of taking our money and then ordering the goods is not ok. I have been waiting and waiting and now we are waiting for one peice to come in and I have rung them 3 times with the promise of them getting back to us and they dont. I feel sorry for the staff who are put in a position of lying to the customer about when something is coming in only for them to then deal with unhappy customers. If I was able to give something lower than 1 star I would. Im a fairly reasonable person but this has gone on to long. Dont buy here go to somewhere where you are valued
