Their delivery charges are the highest in all of Canberra and also extremely non-customer friendly.. The folks here especially one of the guys show too much attitude.. I really wouldn't recommend this place if you want a pleasant experience.. While they did have decent deals.. I wouldn't shop here again even if they have good deals in the future..
Went in to look for a lounge and soon found what I was after. I spoke with the sales lady and she was very helpful. She showed me the different variations of the lounge and we soon ordered two lounges in the style and colour we wanted. Very helpful staff that are happy to go over specific details. We were given an estimated date of arrival and are now just waiting to receive our lounges.
I had placed an order for sofa and called within 1 hr of placing order for cancellation. There is no cool off period which came as shock cause these are big amounts.I would not recommend it to anyone.
Staff were helpful we didnt feel rushed or pressured. Up front that that lounge delivery wouldnt be until January.
I walked into the store on last Saturday only to find out their customer service was very poor.. The store was quiet with zero customer in the store and all three staff were just sitting at the desk chatting along ignoring me despite they notice I my existence. Later on another family entered the store, and to my surprise one of the staff quickly stood up and went to them to say hello and etc. It was a very disappointed experience, so they didn't earn my business as I was looking to buy numbers of large items. My advice to others...they judge on the customer's clothing style before they serve you.
