They are not interested in Tourist from Australia don't even bother trying waste of time and money.the website does not tell you the correct procedure.All though the staff did try and help (in Slovakia) the visa online application is a sad joke. The whole system is rotten. I have tried to apply around a hundred times. The system constantly doesn't recognise your login details. The Ukraine is the only country in the Europe that I need a Visa and they really don't care if people visit their country. They change the rules and requirements while you are applying.The Embassy in Australia are super Rude dont want to help wont answer phone calls.

After reading all the reviews I was quite negative about my trip to Embassy. But surprisingly everything went smooth and quick. No problem at all. I went there, put my application, paid money and all done! No stupid question asked. Thank you for been very professional and quick. Also I want to warn people who planning trip to check info on website about dates when Embassy is closed. It is on home page on the middle of screen.
I agreed with all this guys who left previous reviews.If you on such position as council, you suppose provide a good service, information and help people. All the time when I was calling this place I had feeling he just doesnt want to talk. When we came with my husband and 3 month old son to Canberra, he refused to make documents for our child, and we went to Sydney where in Polish embassy everyone was more friendly, helpful and organised passport for our son within 20 minutes.Its really sad this guy doesnt respect other people and treating them such way.It was a lady behind us, she started to cry and said all the time when she is coming to this place its so stressful and she feel like to take special medicine to feed better. After this we left this place and I dont feel like to come back anymore.
They completed my application precisely 14 days after my application had been received; as indicated on their website. As I am flying within a week I had called to notify them that I needed my passport. I felt that the staff cut to the chase and avoided pleasantries; however they were not rude and gave me the necessary information. I had a good experience with them.
