Confusion with bookings has occurred too many times, often ask for a bulk billed doctor but recieve a full billed doctor instead
I have been coming to interchange for a few years and it has generally been really great. The doctors are all fantastic. Sometimes I have noticed the desk staff behaving unprofessionally.Edit: My usual doctor left and so I have started attending elsewhere. Quality has declined since I left my initial review. Disappointing.
Doctor Paul Appleton is a saint! Dr Sam Primrose is great too! Great doctors, on the administrative side they are reasonably organised and proficient. Feel like they might screw up from time to time. But overall very good!
I have a very great experience every time I have to go to the doctor's at the interchange practice a lot of great doctors here.
