The cashier who sold me the juicer was very friendly and helpful. Myers ended up having the product I wanted instead of David Jones so Myers got the profit instead. The product was about $370 after discount, IDK how much of a profit you have made from selling this but you definitely gained a customer who will come back to visit you. Keep up the good work.
My partner booked a bra fitting at Myer Canberra City and when she arrived, was told "just go find some you like." Upon coming back to where the lady was, found she had disappeared and couldn't find anyone to help her. Eventually found her and was completely ignored and no one would help. Absolutely terrible service from Myer considering they require you to book, and then offer no help whatsoever.
