patrons, staff, musicians and promoters are all being treated like rubbish and compulsively lied to since the new manager has started working there. A place I would visit nearly daily is somewhere I now dont feel safe.

The Phoenix is one of the few alternative bars around Canberra. Its dedication to live alternative music has been overlooked and the place needs more respect support than most provided so far.Prices are reasonable and the range of drink won't let you dry. The bands playing won't be always your cup of tea but this shouldn't stop you from swinging by and check what's on tonight.If you truly wants to see what Canberra has to offer you can't ignore this one.
