I utilised Century 21 City Walk when moving to Canberra from the NT for work. I was looking for a fully furnished apartment in or close to the city and Kamilla from Century 21 City Walk delivered. Right from the outset of my search, Kamilla was amazingly helpful and extremely polite. She utilised her local knowledge to help me secure an apartment that had a wonderful view of the city street scape and within walking distance to all the city highlights that Canberra has to offer. The most important element of my search was not even a challenge for Kamilla. I have 2 dogs and previously this had precluded me from applying for many places. Kamilla was on the ball and I felt very confident that she would be able to assist me due to her extensive local knowledge, additional to her outstanding corporate knowledge of the rules and regulations of all elements of the rental market. I was thrilled to be provided options and had a new home secured within days. Century 21's assistance didn't stop there either. They could not do enough to help me throughout the duration of my rental agreement and their wonderful service even extended to assistance with repairs, vacating the property and ensuring all administration was in order long after I had moved out. I have again moved on from Canberra for work, however; if I was to return again, Century 21 and Kamilla in particular, would be my first stop for assistance.
