An absolutely deplorable service. Allowed some stranger from my mother's apartment building to sign for a package. Admits no responsibility for the package being stolen and has offered no compensation. If you live in an apartment avoid this service who employs completely inept and lazy delivery drivers with zero morals.

We needed to get a driver's licence picked up from a shop in Canberra and have it packaged and sent quickly to USA. The licence arrived 72 hours later at it's destination in USA.
