Went to get a simple interstate license transfer which got overly complicate really quickly requiring 2 trips 5 forms of ID and 2 forms to be completed.

So quick, friendly and supportive staff
The staff are always professional and up for a laugh, the wait times vary depending on when you get in there. I would suggests changing the on hold music, some foot stomping music would make the wait less miserable on the phone.
This place does not help customer. They are not friendly and make difficulties for me when my wife come to get Learner driver's license. The check list and policy said that if we do not have enough evidence of current living address, we can seek assistance but they said "If you do not have enough evidence why you come here". My wife had to visit for 3 times and treated like this way. I am not happy with the service here compare to Dickson Shop Front which is currently closed for upgrading.
