I was looking for a lawyer to help with an insurance claim. Joyce called me back to listen to the case details. She wanted to leave the details for the lawyer - Bill McCarthy and said he will decide later if the office will handle the case. She then proceeded to schedule a paid appointment, to find out if they will handle the case. After that I said to her "From what you are telling me it seems like your office doesn't really handle such cases, is that right?". Joyce then said "Ok then, bye" with an impatient tone. That ended this conversation. I then called to deliver feedback to the operator, and as soon as I started describing to her the details, She said "Hold on I need to take her version first" and she put me on hold mid-sentence!!!. I then hung up, and decided that if they are not ready to take my feedback in private, over the phone, then I shall put it here instead. I gave your office one star because it was impossible to give a 0.I really wish you'd treat potential customers politely, and at the very least let customers deliver feedback to you.What you did gave the impression you DO NOT need new customers -- At all.
