The KPT laser treatment offered for broken veins and capillaries is ineffective. I underwent 3 treatments for veins on my face and I can hardly see any difference, even on the really thin capillaries on my cheek. They say everyone is different and that I might need to keep having treatments to see a result. To me this says that they are happy to keep getting you in and taking your money for a treatment that does not work as you would expect. I don't think they should be offering it. After spending around $400 I am very disappointedSaying this, the technician was lovely.Also interesting to see that some of the glowing reviews for Clear Skin Care seem to be done by people that have strangely visited nearly every clinic in the Sydney area within a short period of time. Genuine reviews?
I have only ever had a facial and that was years ago. I had a voucher and tried microdermabrasion. Barbara did my treatment and she was lovely, very warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. Also, I have allergies and Barbara and the clinic's staff were very good in dealing with this particular issue. I will be going back for further treatments.
Ive been a long term client with clear skins since early 2016, Ebony has been my beautician who is amazing at what she does ! I've referred 3 new clients to the business since then.Since loosing their managment team they have absolutely poor service. Last time i came i waited 30 minutes for my appointment and when i explained this to Emma she responded with sorry i cant do anything about that. When arriving 5 minutes late to my own appointment Emma said they couldnt schedule me in and i have to come back. Good customer service and being poilete will go a long way in Canberra. Anyone booking in recommend booking in with Ebony, she give great customer service !
