FIVE STARS, Always great service, Dr. Anthony Moore and his team are excellent! When we moved to Canberra in 2012, my mother highly recommended this Dental practice. Since then, myself and my three children have been having regular dental checkups. That's three generations of very satisfied clients.
Receptionist was knowledgeable and dentist was good, they fit me in for an emergency appointment but it was a bit rushed and quite expensive for a 20 minute appointment. Not a terrible experience but I have been to better places in Canberra.UpdateHi Identity Dentistry,Thank you for your response, I really do appreciate it, however I do not appreciate being called a liar because you do not like my feedback. The dentist I saw is pictured on your website so I am not mistaken.A quick Facebook search shows some of your more positive reviews may not be genuine, which I notice you have not questioned.I have not used, nor do I ever use my real name when leaving feedback online.I would have been willing to discussed my reasons for the review over the phone or via email, however, your response to my feedback shows that you do not believe there is room for improvement and that you feel I am in the wrong, which is quite concerning from a customers point of view.As I said when I left a 3 star review, it was not a terrible experience, but your response has upset me as I did not wish for this to be an argument. I simply shared my experience with others, which I am entitled to do. I am now changing my review to 1 star, well done Identity Dentistry!!!
Front desk staff have been so kind and friendly each time I've visited. And my dentist has always had my comfort and wellbeing as her priority when tending to my dental health. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Identity Dentistry.
I never thought I'd ever say that I enjoy seeing my dentist. Sophie and everyone else are genuinely nice, calm and make you feel welcome at the practice. They clearly explain everything they do to your teeth, so you won't feel like a helpless victim here. And the folks here never seem rushed and have a great sense of humour too! As a Bupa member, you get a particularly good deal here. Can highly recommend this practice on every level.
Dr. Moore and the rest of the staff were so friendly, kind, professional and obviously very experienced. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and they explained the entire procedure and the after-care, making sure I understood everything. My experience was free from anxiety as a result of the wonderful experience I had at the practice, right from walking in the door. The quality of the service and dental work was outstanding so I was expecting a considerable bill, but was so pleasantly surprised! So reasonably priced. Not a rip off merchant and also a team of brilliant dentists who take pride in the work carried out at the surgery and aren't affiliated with a chain! Would highly recommend this practice!
