I visited to find something for my wifes birthday. I did not know what to get her so browsed a few times on my lunch break. Nobody helped me on the 3 occasions I walked and staff just talk to each other and not customers. I got fed up and went to Oroton
Wildly unhelpful - waited 15 minutes just to get a price on a pair of earrings. Blonde service clerk was incredibly rude.
The staff are rude and racist!! I would hate to buy from that store but unfortunately its the only mimco store in Canberra.
Just stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to buy a gorgeous pouch and two Mimco staff were standing there, no hello, no acknowledgement just continued their conversation between themselves. I do not recommend the Canberra Center Mimco store, I have been in a few times and this occasions is not acceptable. You better to go to Woden where you will be appreciated or like me will be buying ALL future items online. Worst customer service.
I have been into this store so many times and every single time I have already been greeted and offered assistance. I find all the staff to be lovely and couldn't fault them :)
