Damage bill 1100.Took my car to this car wash at new years sale. While shopping I decided to get the car cleaned at this outlet. Car is new only 2 years old and I am the only driver. Next day as it was extremely hot I turned on the airconditioning and tried to adjust my vent. Lo and behold it falls apart in my hand. After breaking it instead of bringing it to my attention they attached it so I don't discover the breakage and while asking about it they absolutely denied having done it. Very disappointing and poor customer service. If you value your car don't take it here or check everything before and after.
Very bad. I spend $65 for platinum but my car is not clean at all. And made my car more dirty than it was. Worster than DFO branch !!!!
The car was booked online and paid for. Cost me $85 for a polish clean which was a clean that would get rid of bugs, dog hair... just more stuck on grub. It took them more then 2 hours (which is totally fine) but they looked over booked and rushed because we got there and they were behind schedule, so they seemed to miss some things. For example 1. Dirty finger prints on doors of car. 2. Dog hair still on back seat.3. A kids toy that wasnt in my car before.5. Still sticky sap on glass window. 6. The smaller areas in the inside of the car hadnt been detailed very well.But the rims were cleaned very well and the floor of the inside side of car and boot were cleaned well.
Handy wash with care. I usually clean my car at this place. They have many branches at canberra. I like the one at gungahlin at big w parking they have a good quality service with good customer service.
Car had a layer of grease all over the paint. Most likely from not using different cloths when cleaning the wheels and paint. Had to clean the car again when I got home. I've used this car wash before and the service has been great but it really has gone downhill
