Visited this store many times. Generally, the staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. It's not always you can find assistance quickly but eventually you will. Once I was after a health tracker with special requirements and after discussing it with one of the store sales assistants I realised that my choice wasn't the best and the guy didn't take advantage pushing me to buy what I came for but told me about better options, so I postponed the purchase. The store is well located and easily accessible.There're plenty of sales and special offers in the store as well.
Lovely Indian security guy. I ran all around the centre finding a phone after work because I lost mine. Store had just closed when I entered and told him my situation. Let me in to quickly grab a phone. Super grateful.
Recently purchased a PS4 Pro from this selected JB Hi-Fi. The gentleman who served me was educated on the console and provided well structured and detailed answers to my consoles concerns and inquires. During this, the gentleman was able to pronounce a deal that lowered the price of a new release game if I purchased the PS4 Pro with a PS-Plus membership. Overall very happy with my experience there. Will definitely come back.. oh wait I'm a regular there anyways .
Excellent customer service skills with great knowledge shown by staff here. The staff member who served me was able to get me a good price for a newer item I was after. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take it right than due to only having limited space in the vehicle I had that day but came back later for the item. The same staff member greeted me and remembered the item I was after. Very happy with the service provided. The shop was clean and organized. Service was fast also even though the store was packed with paying customers
Good expertise and advice, however usually takes a while to find a staff member. Have bought multiple laptops here and have returned whenever I'm in need of new headphones. Have always been happy with recommendations given and have had good experience with exchanges for change of mind.
