Lloyd must be the most patient and helpful person in the car industry! He even gave me his mobile number and said I could call any time, day or night (even when he was on leave!). Buying a new car should be an exciting and enjoyable experience! I wish more dealers would just help customers through the process instead of being pushy and creating bad vibes. I must have spoken to about 20 dealerships throughout the country and although most people were very helpful, I must say I think Lloyd was my favourite person to deal with. Thank you!!!
