Left luggage facilities are avail for intra-day only. Speak to the Greyhound counter staff. It is a room under lock and key where they will store your bags.
In desperate need of an upgrade, dirty bathrooms and not enough seating, nowhere to park to pick people up so the surrounding streets are a constant clusterf***
Nice small bus station. Only two companies. One of them is really convenient for travelling either to Sydney city or Sydney airport since it has services every hour.
There are two coaches terminal services: Murray's Coach and Grey Haunt. The Novotel Hotel and Post Office are here too. The public parking lots are always busy around there but weekends and public holidays are much much better then usual. Walk five minutes to the Canberra Centre ; cafe, restaurants and the places where you can find what you like and need.
If you expect big signs and tourists in this Tourist Centre, you could be quite wrong. Although I first came here from Sydney on April 30, 2018, finding it again on May 2, 2018 from a different direction with the GPS assistance was still difficult. Fortunately, I recalled it was just next to Hotel Ibis and looked for Murrays and Greyhound coaches parked outside it!
