Very poor service. No communication.

Absolutely appaueling service. 1st they dont do there job and call through to the tax department and chase anything up, you have to do it when they continually not reply to your emails or return phone calls when promised to do so. 2nd its been over 7 weeks and still no tax return and they cant tell either my partner or i, why. 3rd. If they feel pressured by questions relating to this file, they hang up and refuse to answer the phone. 4th. There add says 2 weeks, but after you sign they notify you 21 days.. or when they are contacted in relation to your account no one writes handy notes on what they are doing, who previously dealt with it or anything. Then when you explain whats happening you have to repeat yourself 300 times cause they cant understand what you are saying.. 5th.. when you ask to speak to a manager you are referred to an email address and still abaolutely no response..Also highest refund is bull, as we recently decided to test the accuracy and applied to an online instant tax service where we were quoted $8,782 compared to $5,235 that H&R block were able to offer. Should of shopped around before signing!!!!
The Phone never gets answered! Employees are rude and don't listen, constantly talking over the top of you. Will not be back, and I recommend everyone steer clear.
Save yourself the visit - you're better off doing it yourself. Really good experiences with H&R Block interstate so particularly disappointing.
